Func Fit is made for those who are ready to train smarter, not harder — to move better, live better, and age like the vibrant badasses they are. No more choosing between what’s fun and what’s functional — at Func Fit, you get both.

That gap inspired Func Fit — a circuit-based training method built on the science of functional strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, and recovery. Every element of the workout is crafted to help people feel good now and age better later.

Our
Unique
APPROACH

At Func Fit, we aim to empower people to age better — to move well, feel strong, and live fully at every stage of life. Func Fit is redefining what it means to train with purpose: not just for today’s goals, but for a lifetime of strength and vitality.

Keeping up with the latest longevity science can be overwhelming and confusing; Func Fit makes it easy (and fun(c)) to stay on top of the latest and most effective functional fitness to keep you strong, mobile and healthy.

Our story

Amanda Freeman

Before founding Func Fit, Amanda Freeman and Vanessa Chu had already helped shape the way people move and recover.

Amanda founded SLT (Strengthen Lengthen Tone) — the cult-favorite boutique fitness brand that redefined the way we think about core strength and endurance. Together, Amanda and Vanessa went on to launch Stretch*d, introducing a new, accessible approach to recovery and mobility.

After years at the forefront of the fitness industry, something shifted. When Amanda and Vanessa entered their 40s, the workouts that once made them feel energized and strong no longer fully met their needs. The intensity that used to drive results started leading to burnout and injury — not progress.

They didn’t just want to stay fit — they wanted to age powerfully — with the vitality, strength, and mobility to live fully for decades to come.

Despite the explosion of fitness concepts, there wasn’t one that truly supported that goal: a comprehensive, longevity-focused training program that also delivered the fun, motivating, and convenient experience that we love about boutique fitness.
